JOB OR ROB?

Seriously Inland Empire,

How do we expect for people in our community to have the means and ability to take care of themselves, If you wont HIRE them. We expect for it to be easy breezy to find employment today, but news flash people, it is somewhat of a challenge for more than half of the individuals living in our community today.

Have you ever tried to find a job with past mistakes on your background? Have you ever had to feel the rejection of knowing that your more than qualified for a position but as soon as your past comes up, you get that famous line, "We'll be in contact."

If we don't start helping each other and taking a chance on each other, then what we are going to see is more crime and more drug use and more people going to jail for robbery and stealing

If you are a business owner then you should come up with some type of ledger or log book and make sure that when your hiring people that out of your 100 employees you need to hire at least you have a targeted amount to hire 15 - 20 people that are fully qualified for the job but may have been incarcerated before.

How do you expect the crime rate to go down?
How do you expect the drug use to stop?

Why are (We = the people) looked at like very unintelligent? Maybe because we spend our days online playing Candy Crush on Facebook. I am one of those people.

We as a community need to put the drink, drugs, con-artist scams, etc. away.
Business Owner’s please take a chance on the underdogs, meaning to please hire people that have been incarcerated before keep pushing and bugging and number one, PRAYING for that door to open, that importunity and just for the willingness to stay on the right track.

I am not saying to appoint past convicted felon's as your companies treasurer, but I am saying to give them a chance.

If your a Business owner, a manager or HR for a company that is willing to hire people with past convictions, then please let us know who you are and what the qualifications are for someone to obtain employment.

Thank you for visiting my Blog page and God Bless!
